Quality customer service is all but gone in today's automated and formulaic "service" economy.  It is nearly non-existent in the insurance industry.  But the personalized service I've received has been excellent: responsive, informative, clear, and helpful.

(In this case, the insurance company wanted to review medical records but could not find the doctor, whose office had closed.  Chelsea was able to track her down, obtain the needed information, and get the policy quickly issued.)

The most frustrating thing about shopping for health insurance is that it is too hard to get side-by-side comparisons of all of the different plans.  Some are 99% alike but it's hard to tell because of different formats and terminology.  Most have one or two crucial differences that result in very different prices.  Your site made it easier to see these differences.

This is the second time I've used your service after changes in employment.  I have been treated well each time, and I have and will continue to recommend you to others.

I have never before used an agent to shop for insurance, and I usually go right to the source.  Having a constant dialog with someone who knows what I'm looking for has been very helpful in choosing the right plan and company.

I like the idea of doing business through you because I find giant insurance agencies to be impersonal and not very helpful.  I also have no desire to call an 800 #, press 6 different options, listen to elevator music, get hung up on, or talk to someone who doesn't speak English.  (no offense, its just hard to do business in another language.).

I especially appreciate the emails following up our conversations, confirming action, or just keeping me in the loop.  Most companies make you check back with them instead of checking in with you.

You were FANTASTIC! The experience was helpful, timely, reassuring, and great.  Tim Holt answered my initial e-mail questions promptly and made it easy for me to contact him by phone for an initial consultation and later on with follow-up questions about my application and policy.

I have worked with Tim and felt reassured that I would obtain the best insurance coverage for the lowest possible premium.  I found Tim to have strong expertise in the available Colorado plans; he was helpful in my choice of a plan and readily available to answer my questions.  The process was easy from the start to finish, unlike the application I completed on my own prior to finding your company.

I just wanted to say that I appreciate your follow-through with providing my health insurance options over the course of at least four or five months.  So many people and so many plans, I suppose, can divert one's attention and necessitate the lack of said follow-through.  I have to say I was continually kept up to speed with the dynamics of how rates change, the timing of when they change, and ultimately, the best and most sensible plan under my circumstances.  I also had at my disposal numerous options that seemed to fit my budget.

I work at a bicycle shop in Colorado Springs and my employer does not provide any benefits so it was important to me to find an outfit that supplied me with adequate information as though I did belong to their company.  I took my time in shopping for a plan and finally feel comfortable with the peace of mind that comes with having a safety net should anything happen.  I also feel confident that Mr. Adams and his staff will provide the service necessary should I have concerns or questions regarding my coverage.
