How to Apply

Our most popular Golden Rule Insurance Company plans are the High-Deductible and Saver 80 plans, which are designed for individuals and families willing to take additional responsibility for routine health care expenses.  These plans often offer lower premiums than plans with copays.  The Saver 80 often offers the lowest premiums available, but does not cover most outpatient expenses.  Golden Rule plans are listed as UnitedHealthOne Underwritten by Golden Rule on our instant quote system.

We also offer Golden Rule Insurance Company plans that qualify for Health Savings Accounts.  See our Golden Rule Health Savings Account page for more information.

To be considered for reimbursement, expenses must qualify as covered expenses.  Expenses are also subject to reasonable and customary limits, unless you use a network.
