We are a small company, so in order to give our full attention to our clients
we work primarily by scheduled appointment. If you are ready to choose
a plan and get signed up, but need some assistance, please request an appointment.
You will be scheduled a time to speak with Diane
Dunning, Anthony Norris, Paula
Santamaria, Tim Holt, Bob
Daley, or Chelsea Miller.
This will enable one of us to thoroughly analyze all your options before the
phone call. We will then be able to let you know the pros and cons of
the various plans you are considering, and give you our professional opinion
as to which plans will best meet your needs. We'll then help you get enrolled
with the plan you choose.
To
schedule an appointment, just call our office and let our receptionist know
that you'd like to schedule a time to speak with someone. The receptionist
will gather some basic information from you, so that I can review some plan
options prior to our meeting. Or you may use our online Appointment
Request Form instead. For

to Apply?

If you are ready to apply for coverage, and need to talk to someone
briefly before applying, please contact
us with the word URGENT in the message, fax us, or call to see if
someone is available. If we are all in appointments at the time, tell
the receptionist to mark your message as urgent, and one of us will get
back with you as quickly as possible.
Please
note that we can answer short questions, but if you have a lot of questions
or need assistance in choosing a plan we request that you schedule a telephone
appointment.

If you have a quick question, the best way to get an answer is to contact
us using our online question form.
We will normally get back with you the same business day, often within minutes.
But sometimes things get really busy, so our promise is to reply to all emails
no later than the end of the next business day.
You
may also call us at the number above. Because we work mostly by appointment,
we may not be available at the time you call if not, please leave a
detailed message and one of us will get back with you as soon as possible.
Because of the number of requests we get, we must limit incoming calls to
